Parallel 40 Restaurant

Princeton is located along the 40th parallel.  Following the 40th parallel around the globe, you would pass through many countries.  Most notably Portugal, Spain, Italy, China, Japan, back through California and across the United States.  Parallel 40 restaurant combines the flavors of the most notable cuisines along the 40th parallel.  These cuisines fused together and enhanced with Superfoods to help nourish the body and feed the soul. The Westin brand has partnered with Superfoods Partners LLC, owners of the Superfoods Rx brand to become the first hotel brand to create a Superfoods focused menu for guests.  We currently provide the Superfoods breakfast and carry this theme throughout our lunch and dinner menus.  
Our wine program will pair our menu elements with wine varietals that also follow the 40th parallel in the hopes of creating a memorable, nourishing and learning experience.
